The Gulfside Resort Boutique Hotel is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood within a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This charming property features 10 one-bedroom and studio-size suites surrounding a large swimming pool. Each suite provides your beach home away from home, with a full kitchen, comfortable bedding, flat-screen satellite television, and Wi-Fi. Outside, you’ll find a putting green, shuffleboard court, lounge chairs, barbecue grills, and poolside tables to enjoy relaxing, a little sport, or grilling up your favorite meal.

Since 1975, The Gulfside Resort has been a family-owned property, Kathy and Jim Teichert manage the property and have taken over the reins from their parents, Robert and Suzanne Teichert.

We've been coming here for the last 12 years, sometimes 2x a year. Hosts are very friendly & treat everyone like family.
2 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from great bars & grills along water front. 1 block off the main road where you can find almost any service or store you want while on vacation.
All units have a kitchen, so we stop @ Publix or Walmart & pick up our groceries for the week. (Cheaper @ Walmart)
Pool is great & they have beach items available for you use for free. They also have bicycles free to use too.
I can't say enough about the place & have brought several of my friends over the years.

This a great place for couples and Families. Kathy is a great person and made us feel like we've known each other before. Close to the beach, but with the pool and atmosphere could just stay there. Very relaxing

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting st pete Beach. We have been coming here for a few years now and it’s literally home away from home. Kathy and Jim are both wonderful and very accommodating. The units have everything you need very clean and very spacious. We fly because we know Kathy always has everything we could ever need right there in the room. The walk from the Beach is literally a 2 to 3 min walk tons of restaurants right where the condo is so need to worry with driving. This place is all you need.

THE BEST VALUE IN ST.PETE BEACH! I was there for a 14 day stay 2 weeks ago. Do not book anywhere else! The property is immaculate, the suites provide EVERYTHING you need and more, from a fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, washer and dryer FREE TO USE on property, grills, beautiful lighted pool at night, picnic tables with umbrellas for shade, to the linen closet with aloe for to much sun... nothing is forgotten here! The owners are WONDERFUL people, very accommodating and will make you feel right at home! Everything is within walking distance including the beach which is just a 3 minute stroll! Call Gulfside before you book anywhere else.. you won’t be sorry and you will go back every year! I met Kathy and her brother Jim...( forgot to mention Resort is family owned) I consider them friends of mine now... Great people, Beautiful place, a memory I’ll never forget!

Cute, clean & comfortable. We just left and could not have been happier with our stay. Kathy was very accommodating, friendly and the Gulfside was perfect. Most people will book a hotel a few blocks away that cost more, isn’t as clean and has hundreds of people running around. Gulfside is 1 block to the beach, we had a clean pool with lounge chairs, games, the other guests were great and there are nice cafes/restaurants within a few blocks. Don’t hesitate, just go and enjoy, we will be back. Kathy was amazing!
